INSTRUCTION
PARACETAMOL 325 MG (Tabulettae "Paracetamol 325 mg")

Paracetamol (syn. Aceteminophen, Dafalgan, Panadol, Efferalgan, Calpol and others) - para-acetaminophenole. White or white with cream or pink tint crystalline powder, which is easy dissolved in alcohol and non-dissolved in water.
Tablets of "Paracetamol 325 mg" of white colour, with double-convex surface with facet and prescription "P" and "325 mg".
Pharmacological properties: Tablets of "Paracetamol 325 mg" possess analgesic, febrifugal and some anti-inflammatory action.
Indications for administration: "Paracetamol 325 mg" is used as analgesic remedy for release of weak or moderate pain syndrome of different genesis: headache, toothache, neuralgia, mialgia, arthlargia, promary dismenorhea and so on, also as anaesthetic remedy in case of fever of different etiology.
Way of administration and dosage: For adults it is administrated 1 tablet 2 - 4 times per day. Maximal daily dose - 1,5 g of paracetamol.
Single doses for children: from 6 to 12 years - 0,15 - 0,25 g; from 3 months to 1 year - 0,025 - 0,05 g. Divisibleness of administration is 2 - 4 times per 24 hours.
The medicinal product should be administrated with small quantity of water.
Peculiarities of administration: It is administrated for the old-aged patients. During the administration of paracetamol control of the picture of peripheral blood and functional state of liver is necessary.
Side effects: Allergetic reactions in some people are possible (such as skin rash, itch, nettle-rash).
Contradiction: Expressed breaches of function of liver and kidneys, deficit of ferment of glucoso-6-phosphatdehydrogenase, blood disease, high sensitivity to paracetamol, pregnancy, lactation period, children till 3 months.
Interaction with other drugs: In case of long administration in large doses, and also under simultaneous administration of barbiturates, anti-spasmodic remedies, riphampicin or administration of alcohol risk of hepatotoxic action increases.
